Retaining and deleting personal data

(a) Personal and project data will be retained for a minimum period of 1 year following commencement of services or a maximum of 90 days after submitting a request for user profile de-activation and for a maximum period of 1 year following the cancellation of any agreements with us. Dormant users profiles will be retained till de-activated or removed by admin due logistics or bandwidth requirements, total data of such user profiles will be deleted in full.
4.4 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 4, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
